The Karoflex Derby is Astorflex’s refined moc-toe derby, made in the family-run factory in Mantova, Northern Italy. Crafted from supple vegetable-tanned Italian leather in a rich dark brown “Moro” shade, the upper is soft from day one and gains unique depth with wear.

Inside, a vegetable-tanned calf leather lining and leather-wrapped memory foam insole deliver lasting comfort. A vegetable-tanned leather midsole is paired with a durable non-slip rubber sole — specially developed with Astorflex CEO Fabio Travenzoli for grip and responsiveness. Built with resoleable construction, the Karoflex is a shoe that balances classic charm with modern comfort and utility.
